Right from the start, Space Apaches’ “Breakin’ the Ice” goes into funky guitar strumming with a cacophony of keys, dings, and a high-energy drumline steadily clunking along in the background. After more than a minute of jamming out, it becomes obvious that these fellas know how to have a good time and want to make sure their audience does, too. Typically I’m not a fan of music that doesn’t have some sort of vocals, but I didn’t even realize there wasn’t going to be singing until the song was over. Let your worries roll off your shoulders and boogie down to this fun track!
