Emblem3 first broke out into the industry finishing in fourth place on the second season of The X Factor USA. The band, consisting of brothers Wesley and Keaton Stromberg, and Drew Chadwick, captured not only the audience but also the judges’ attention auditioning with their original “Sunset Boulevard.” After their elimination, Simon Cowell signed Emblem3 to Columbia Records where they explored their music style consisting of hip-hop, reggae, and alternative rock tones mixed together. Emblem3 released their first single “Chloe (You’re the One I Want) in April 2013 and promoted their new music during their “Goin’ Back to Cali Tour.” They released their debut album, Nothing to Lose, in July of 2013 and opened for Selena Gomez on her “Stars Dance Tour.” After their first headlining tour “Bandlife,” in 2013-14, Emblem3 decided to release an EP independent of their label titled Songs from the Couch, Vol I. Unfortunately, in June of 2014, Emblem3 was no longer signed with Columbia Records and Syco Music and member Drew Chadwick decided to leave the band to pursue a solo career. The Stromberg brothers released their own EP Forever Together but then decided to also pursue individual careers and put Emblem3 on an indefinite hiatus. However, on November 3rd, 2015, Wesley Stromberg announced on twitter that Emblem3 was together again with the return of Drew. Fans have been ecstatic with their return and Emblem3 has noticed. An Emblem3 app was created, giving fans the ability to listen to their new music for free before it is available anywhere else, access to exclusive photos and other content, and the chance to interact with other fans and even the band themselves. Since then, they have released multiple covers on Youtube and released their Waking Up Ep in February 2016. Emblem3’s world tour began in Japan on April 2nd and will cover South East Asia, America, and Canada.
